Rose Current I

Rose Current I explores the meeting place between softness and momentum. Layers of pale pink and white float above richer crimson tones, creating the feeling of a current moving just beneath the surface. Accents of olive green and warm gold provide subtle contrast within the composition. Rich texture and gestural marks invite the eye to wander through the painting's shifting layers of colour and light.

Edge is painted dusky pale rose. Gallery-wrapped (1.5" depth) canvas finished with gloss archival quality varnish, ready to hang. Local pickup available in Guelph.
