Original Artwork
All paintings are original, one-of-a-kind works of art.
Paintings are sold varnished on stretched canvas and unframed, unless otherwise noted in the artwork description.
Please review all photographs, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a painting, I am always happy to provide additional information or images before you make your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Because each painting is an original work of art, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except where required by applicable law.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photographs of:
the artwork
the packaging materials
the outside of the shipping box
This information helps with insurance or shipping claims. I will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Local Delivery
Original paintings are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Free local delivery is available within Guelph.
Delivery to Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Fergus, and Elora is available for a flat fee of $25 CAD.
Delivery within approximately 75 km of Guelph is available for $75 CAD on purchases of $200 CAD or more.
Shipping Outside the Local Delivery Area
If you are located outside the local delivery area, please contact me before purchasing for a shipping quote. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the artwork and destination.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Packaging
Every painting is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
Caring for Your Artwork
To help preserve your artwork, display it indoors away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature changes.
To clean the painting, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water, solvents, or cleaning products directly on the painted surface.
