Where Light Rests explores the quiet moments when light filters through a forest canopy and settles in luminous patches beneath the trees. Layered greens, shifting colour, and textured marks create a calm, atmospheric space that invites the viewer to pause and notice the interplay of light and shadow. The painting evokes the sense of stillness and reflection that can arise when we slow down and become immersed in the natural world.
